Good resort for its price. The staff are very accommodating. The facilities and room accommodations are nice as well. The food served at the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. You can enjoy their pool, which feels like it has a heater, and their pool bar is great too. The beach access is also good, so you can enjoy it if you prefer the sea. Just be reminded to read and listen to their instructions, especially about the referral with tourism, and visit the site to check it out. Even though we were on the top floor (3rd floor from the reception) and there’s no elevator, it was fine. Overall, we had a great weekend getaway at this resort.

I celebrated my birthday at Buracai de Laiya, and it was a memorable stay! 🎉 The sea is a bit rocky so it’s not the best for swimming, but the pools definitely made up for it—there are many to choose from, and I especially loved that they are heated at night. The pools are spacious and perfect for both kids and adults. 🏊‍♂️💦 The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the basketball court for some extra fun. The food was just okay, but the staff really made my birthday special by singing and surprising me with a little cake—such a sweet gesture! ❤️ The kids had so much fun, and the sea view plus the pools are reasons enough for me to come back. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but compared to other Laiya resorts, it’s actually more affordable. The only downside is that it’s quite far and the road was rough when we visited, but hopefully it’s improved now. Overall, a great family getaway spot!

We got scammed here same name of this resort. And also same location.. be careful on what you trusted. Imagine we just want to relax here but this happens its more stressful. But when we call this resort they know there have incidents like this before but they don't do anything about its. Imagine we're not the only one who scammed to this resort there still have a lot of people. We just want a relaxing holiday but its never happened. Imagine its 5500 since we're normal person and we worked hard for that money its just gone in one sniff without enjoying its. Then when we call here they just dont do anything about its and they still want us to pay again. How this resort so inappropriate for this matter its look like they dont care that we got scammed... So everyone becareful to this

Rooms are small and walls are durty. Food is average. Of course, the view of the hotel is very nice. But the service is overall not in line with the price.

Place is good and aesthetically pleasing 💖 book on a day tour and the price is affordable inclusive of meals and snacks which is delicious! hands up to the chef! 🏻 pool side is clean and staff are accommodating 🤍 for the sceneries it is the one im so obsessed! you can take photos/videos all you want. theres also a sea which you can swim either pool or at the beach 🌊 only i think they need to improve is the washroom/toilet (for shower room at least something to put shampoo etc etc. specially if its the public one. But over all highly recommended! ps. dont worry for the rocky road soon it will be not hassle anymore as the road is under construction.
