Acuaverde Beach Resort

This is by far the most accommodating and pet-friendly resort I've went to. They treated my dog like a proper guest. She's a mixed breed medium-sized dog who's very anxious but the staff never criticized her. They are all very welcoming and always willing to help however way they can. The beach was also clean and all the food that we've ordered were very tasty and decently priced. the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Acuaverde!

October 2025 - Had a wonderful stay at Acuaverde Beach Resort! 🐾 The place is truly pet-friendly — they even have a pet bath/shower area complete with all the essentials. The food was delicious, the staff were warm and attentive, and the pet events were such a fun touch with lots of freebies! Our room was cozy and clean, making it a perfect getaway for both fur parents and pets. Definitely coming back! 🌴🐶

First time here and it did not disappoint. Really happy that we found a pet friendly resort. My fur baby, Loki, is fond of swimming and he had so much fun! The staff are really nice and friendly. The food was also super good. Dinner buffet had a lot of options. I especially enjoyed the pasta bar. I have high hopes for tomorrow’s breakfast buffet. Although I am scared of swimming and I am more of the “lounge by the beach type”, it is worth noting that there is a water activities place beside the resort. Very convenient. The rooms are okay, they are small but definitely clean. Do not expect anything fancy, I personally do not mind that the rooms were small as I did not spend much time inside anyway (only to sleep). Overall, good experience. I have nothing bad to say. Will definitely consider coming back!

It's my second visit to the resort and they have added a few structures for additional rooms and spaces. Their welcome drinks is to die for -fresh tamarind ice tea. They have several tamarind trees by the way. The beach is calm and I got to write a couple of pages with the inspiring view. A good place for a writing retreat.

Acuaverde Beach Resort has been a wonderful getaway for our family and our pets! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The beach area is lovely with comfy cabanas, and we appreciated the cleanliness and presence of a security guard, which made us feel safe during our stay. The sand is a bit rocky, but it's manageable. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast and dinner buffet, which we enjoyed, although I should mention that lunch can take a while to be served. One of the standout features for us was their dog food menu! Our dogs absolutely loved it, and it was great to have options for them. The rooms are clean, equipped with good water heaters, and the mattresses are firm yet comfortable. However, my parents stayed in a room that seemed a bit older; while it was still clean, the water heater wasn’t as stable. Overall, our experience at Acuaverde was fantastic! We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pet-friendly beach resort. Can’t wait to return!
