U Story Resort

Highly recommend this place! Lloyd was so smiley and welcoming from the minute we arrived. Firstly, he told us that we had been upgraded to a bungalow from a basic room - dreamy! It was so spacious - with a comfy bed and beautifully designed bathroom. Then after we dropped our bags and headed to the restaurant (we were given a complimentary cocktail each) and had a delicious meal at the restaurant. All the staff are so friendly. The pool and terrace area in front of the sea is perfect for watching the sunset. My only complaint is that the DJ by the pool had a dodgy speaker situation, the sound kept cracking, popping then cutting out completely. But he kept DJing even though it sounded bad. I'd have just stopped the music at that point. It wasn't great when we were enjoying a peaceful sunset. All in all, we had an amazing time! It felt so romantic and special. The mango daiquiris are a must - I had one every day!

Stayed here for four days during October. The resort was a peaceful place to relax and use as a base to explore Siquijor by bike and scooter. There are many huts of varying sizes connected by sand paths amongst lush vegetation. The main hub is the restaurant, bar and pool area that overlooks the ocean. It feels cosy and relaxing with attentive staff who always have a smile and are happy to help. Really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, juices and cocktails here. Numerous sun lounges and hammocks provide opportunities to snooze and dream your day away, or you can hire snorkel gear and scooters to explore the island. There is excellent snorkeling not far away. Also on Sunday night there was a DJ by the pool which made for a very fun evening.

Booked is hotel as soon as a read a review that there's cats in the resort ❤️. Very peaceful, clean, friendly staffs.. special thanks to Ms Sharon for helping me organized a special room set up ❤️. Recommended to request a room near to the reception would be nice. It's bigger than a room, I could call it a villa.. has sea access but dangerous if strong waves, we just use the pool. Only accepts Cash or Gcash. Fast starlink internet 👍

Fantastic. Food and drink, brilliant, various, and authentic. Staff attentive, but fun loving and genuine. Management slick, hands off accomodating and generous. Facilities, beautiful new pool, charming restaurant, dive off the stone steps into the warm clear sea; rooms, lovely, COLD fridge/minibar, gorgeous out door shower, AC/fan/bug zapper. U Story Resort has class.
