It’s affordable yet offers the unique experience of having an entire island to yourself. I love how sustainable the resort is, even sourcing their vegetables right on the island. Guests can freely roam around on bikes, which is a fun and relaxing way to explore. The food was tasty and fairly priced, and the dive shop added to the adventure with a professional and friendly team. I really hope they reopen soon — this is definitely a place I’d love to come back to.

We took a day tour since Dos Palmas is currently not accepting bookings for overnight stay. Boat trip from the wharf to the island took almost an hour. The place still looked great. The sea was calm, the island was quiet. Such a tranquil and relaxing experience. The resort will soon undergo renovations as it has been severely damaged by a recent typhoon.

We did a day tour on a Monday. We basically had the resort to ourselves. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The food was delicious. However, be aware that "breakfast sausage" basically means hot dogs. Snorkeling was lovely. The facilities definitely need maintenance. On the whole, it was a tranquil and enjoyable experience. I don't know what the rooms are like because we were not overnight guests.

I had the happiest time of my life here at this resort. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. I became friends with them at the end! Reasonable price for the food! I love their Mango mint slushie so much. The room we stayed at was a bit far and old, but I'm okay with it because I spent most of my time outside! You can do lots of activities there including snorkeling, scuba diving, and kayaking. The beach and the water is so clean that you can see reef sharks all the time and sometimes you'd see stingray. It's quite windy during winter but not everyday. You need to expect the island hopping trip would be canceled anytime due to strong wind. Btw if you wanna do snorkeling, do it in the early morning at 8!! The water is most calm and clear until 10 am!!

Looks really nice and secluded. The 1hr wharf ride can be a little challenging when you approach near the island so you have to prepare for a motion sickness. We went on a day tour and at lunch they gave us too many food only for 2 people - I think it would be better to just let individuals hey their own food rather than plate them on each table bcoz there are just too many food waste if that table only has 1 or 2 people. It's a completely nice resort - perfect for relaxing. I just really hope that the security of the area is tighter now after that abduction incident that happened years ago.
