6 months agoThe rooms at this establishment are typical of low-budget accommodations in the Philippines, though arguably better than most. In terms of pricing, I found the room rates to be the lowest in Palawan so far. The room itself was clean, although I observed a significant number of ants in the common areas outside the bedroom during my stay. The bedroom is separated from a modest living area, kitchen, and toilet by a partial wall. The window-type air conditioning unit is somewhat loud, but an electric fan is also provided. Regarding service, the establishment appeared to be short-staffed, as it took a considerable amount of time to receive assistance even after ringing the bell—despite it being clear the staff were aware of the call. The swimming pool was notably unclean; the staff explained that this was due to the pool’s unfinished or un-tiled surface, which caused the water to appear cloudy and unclear. As for the location, it is fairly strategic if you have access to a motorbike. A grocery store is just a few meters away, followed by a MASSWAY store where you can find a variety of China-made products. Approximately one kilometer further is Robinsons, offering a wider range of goods. Overall, this accommodation is suitable if you are simply looking for a place to sleep for a few nights or to rest before continuing your journey in Palawan. I would recommend it for short stays.

a year agoThe staff and owner are genuinely amazing. They arranged an airport pickup for us. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They take great care of the grounds. It was incredibly relaxing and great to have free coffee every morning outside of our room. The food was delicious. There is a drinking water dispenser (nice convenience). The rooms are very basic but comfortable. There's no TV or refrigerator in the room. Basic bathroom. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The pool was great for relaxing in the evening. After traveling SEA for 8 months this gem has become one of my favorites. Highly recommend for quiet relaxation. Will definitely come here again. Many thanks for such a great stay.

a year agoGreat place to stay! Very friendly staff, swimming pool, cold water fountain, nice accommodation with lot of space, AC, bathroom with hot shower and very good water pressure. Big supermarket at 3 minutes walk. Nice dining area within the hotel with homemade pizzas and lots of other good food options. Highly recommended!

2 years agoSpacious room separate from living area, almost like an apartment. It was clean, had a couch, kettle, coffee and water. Outdoor area is very cute and had a nice atmosphere with its fairylights. Has AC and a fan and free breakfast! Wasn't in the main part of Puerto but close to the San Jose Terminal. We would definitely stay here again instead of the main area as it was affordable and the most comfortable. Great value.

3 years agoGood place to stay when you visit Puerto Princessa. It's close to the bus 🚍 terminal. The accommodation is newly build and got runt by a couple of youngsters. They don't speak English very well yet, but they do their best to help you with everything🤙🏼. The room is clean and quiet spacious, there where some furniture missing in the rooms - for example: a cabinet, clothing rack etc - when we contacted Maria the owner (who was currently in a different country) she picked it up really quick and positive to improve their rooms. If you want, there is also a motorbike🏍️🛵 for rent! Thank you Maria and the boys🏼 for direct communication and lovely stay! Price/quality = perfect. Would recommend to stay for 2/3 nights!
