Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa

We'd go nowhere else. It's a bit embarrassing to admit when you're used to certain comforts, but Hue has not and will not disappoint if you're a foreign traveller. The rooms are spacious, with enough surfaces and storage for you to decompress, unpack, and sort out your luggage, toiletries, shopping—you know how it is. Bathrooms are clean, spacious, and with complete toiletries and good water pressure. Room service is pricey—but that's not a problem because Robinson's Place, Pancake House, and Starbucks are just a stone's throw away. Kaunting kembot lang kumbaga. My husband is a big guy, and he was so comforted by the size of the suites because he doesn't feel like he has to contort himself to fit anywhere. 'As a foreigner, I'm not afraid to brush my teeth or shower in that room'. Hmm, the Aminah Spa felt a bit dingy, but the rates for the massages are quite a steal. For Aussies, it's cheaper than an Australian hotel room, and still better than most. Lastly, all the staff are so kind and accommodating. Special shout-out to Vanessa from reception, for treating us with so much kindness and thoughtfulness after realising we had come from a sic-hour drive from El Nido.

Room 329: I brought my wife and daughter here, they have baby crib and children playground and kids pool which is convenient, I reserved a large suite room for us, this was adequate. we stayed for 4 days and 1 night Feedback: 1. Many crumbs in the floor even after room service. 2. I smell something and I can't figure it out where it is coming, but it is random but does not emit often. 3. Water temperature in the bathroom for the hot water is fluctuates from hot to super hot even when adjusted. It is still recommended, but there may also be other options nearby this hotel, the most convenient part its adjacent to robinsons and fast food restaurants and streetfoods

My mother and I recently stayed at Hue Hotel Puerto Princesa for 2N/3D this month, and overall it was an excellent experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths - right next to Robinsons Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, LA-UD, was a real highlight. The buffet offered a great mix of local and international dishes, with plenty of variety each morning. The egg station was excellent, and the staff prepared and delivered your order right to the table. We especially appreciated the option of dining indoors or at the outdoor seating area for some fresh air. Overall, the food quality and service were impressive and made for a great start to the day. For families, there’s a playroom downstairs opposite the lift, as well as a pleasant little garden area to relax in. The concierge was also very attentive, helping with luggage both on arrival and departure. Check in and check out were both smooth and efficient, with a welcome drink offered at arrival. Staff across the hotel were polite, friendly, and professional, making the stay feel easy and relaxed. All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting the city. Its central location, excellent breakfast, and genuinely helpful staff make it a property I would happily return to and recommend to others.

Had a good experience at this hotel. Rooms were clean and service was fast if you ask for something. Highlight of our trip was the happy hour at the pool bar. The bartender, Kuya Lawrence, really gave us top tier bar service. Service from kuya Lawrence was excellent. We went for happy hour everyday because of the service and the yummy drinks he served us. Will definitely go back to Hue because of this!

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t be happier. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location is perfect, just a few steps from restaurant (and fast foods) and a mall. Highly recommend 💕
