Crown Hotel Palawan at Harbour Springs

We stayed here for 3 nights. Food was good. Place was clean. There're 2 huge pools at the back. Really liked the service here.

Booked through Airbnb and the room was missing some things upon arrival. The front desk resolved the issue immediately. While most of the issues could be resolved, one could not immediately so they moved me to the unit next door that was identical and was perfect. The staff was great, especially Dani as she was able to resolve our unit issue along with being there for anything else we needed. The staff was always there to take care of anything and would even order takeout food for us overnight when the restaurant was closed. Would definitely stay again and hope to come back in September!

There were probably 4 rooms occupied during our stay(2 were ours). The reason I mentioned this is because they placed us in a room where the cellular data is nonexistent and their wifi signal was horrible. We reported it to them but they took no action. As tourist, these are important since you’d wanna google about tourist spots. All the staff are actually nice and accommodating, so I was surprised they didnt transfer us to another room. In our 4-day stay, they unfortunately forgot to clean our room during the only 1 time that we asked them to clean it. The hotel is clean and modern, and the pool doesnt smell like chlorine and the only other good thing about this hotel is it’s conveniently located near Honda bay.

Hotel itself is nice and modern. Staff is very friendly .Pool era is very nice. Restaurant made us feel very unwelcome . Food was actually good when it arrived after long wait but service is horrible. Restaurant staff need proper training .They have one menu for all restaurant. No drink menu. Hotel has no entertainment at all. Wifi does not work properly. Very easy to go island hoping from Honda bay! Hotel was almost empty. We did not see many other people. There is room for improvement, could be very nice!

Bang for the buck hotel. Staff were accomodating, nice, and hardworking to our requests. Looking forward to staying here again
