Bambú Suites Hotel Puerto Princesa Palawan

Stayed here for 15 days and I would say that all the staffs are excellent. They would greet you every time you come by, or get up to get some breakfast. They do their best to meet your needs, and quickly do your requests. Overall, the stay was 5/5.

It's a cool place. A good place to stay if you are a couple of days in the City of the Living God/ PPS. Room is not that spacious but can accomodate you belongings. Its pretty clean though. I love the birds outside my room (Knowing PPS is very natury city). Wifi is great. Staff are professional in handling their clients. They don't have an elevator but as what I've said their staff are well trained in handling their clients (assisting/providing your needs). Wifi is a top-notch- Easy to pair using their voucher. No cups in the room but you can ask them and they provide it, same goes to water. Will come back soon. Definitely recommendable area to stay. Its close to cafes, mall and main road.

I can't comment on the rooms because I didn't actually stay there. I was taken to the wrong place but the service at this place was amazing. They called a taxi for me to go to my other place. Gave us water, gave us Wi-Fi while we waited amazing service, if I ever come back to the Philippines, I'm going to look these guys up and probably stay there! The lobby looked amazing

Coming from a hotel in El Nido, we expected one from the capital city to be better. Not so much. The hotel is going for a minimalist feel but it didn't feel that way. It just felt like an excuse to have downgraded their amenities. No mini-refrigerator, no blow dryer, TV is not smart TV, aircon isn't the latest energy-efficient type, only two seats in a compact family room for 6 people. The only trash can is a 1-to-2 L size can in the bathroom. They did not even clean the room when we were away for the tour. I thought it was an expected service, like adding tissue roll for bathroom use.

I recently stayed at Bambu Suites with my parents and also spent a night alone. The location is perfect-just a short walk to Robinsons, Adventist Hospital, Jollibee, and Rene's Saigon. The hotel has beautiful architecture, the rooms are clean and budget-friendly, and I loved the restroom tiles! The spring bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!
