Sand Bar Beach Resort

Lots of flies in their cottages. Haha. But we enjoyed the snorkeling activities. You can all try the activities outside the waters instead to maximize the experience. They have a spacious parking area. And there was a water pipe problem in our room. Haha.

This beach resort stay had both highlights and drawbacks. The room was immaculately clean, with special attention to the bathroom—something I particularly value. The air conditioning worked effectively, keeping the room comfortably cool. However, several aspects disappointed me. The pricing felt excessive, with rooms at 5,000 pesos seeming unjustifiably high for what was offered. While the beach featured beautiful golden sand, it suffered from noticeable litter and appeared poorly maintained, raising questions about their cleaning schedule. Additionally, the rental of karaoke machines in the vicinity created unwanted noise that disrupted the peaceful beach atmosphere I was seeking.

The place is nice and the staffs too. Most of their staffs are our friends from the LGBTQ+ they are very accommodating. They serve free breakfast and their rice is very good and the food too! They offer paluto for families or group of friends who didn't bring their own food. The day we went there was raining so we are not able to explore the place. They have common kitchen and you can use it. They have a life guard on duty also. He tells everybody if it is going to rain already and makes sure that everybody swimming is out of the water when the rain starts to pour.

Didn’t bother staying overnight. The bathroom smells. We ordered food to only find out that 30 minutes later there’s no food available. Could have gotten better room someplace else for the same price. This was such a very bad experience, would not come back. The only good thing was the staff, but that’s all.

It's was bordering on great until the mosquitoes came out off; the and the sink leaked all over the floor. Maintenance is key to keeping up quality..h however we still had a great time
