2 years agoI had two rooms booked for 6/18/23 for 6 nights . The volcano there erupted and had the city in ashes and a travel advisory warning was put in place. The hotel has refused to refund my 887.52 USD or change my dates for a better time. Stay away and choose a hotel with better customer services

4 years agoAll the more the staff are nice, welcoming you with smile. The room was as expected. Minor concern like the yellowish water from the pipe. But the room was good with mountain view..

7 years agoHeavenly place... Have to visit once in life.... I am blessed to be at this place. Perfect place for a vacation....
