Halo Dive Resort

An excellent place to stay for all divers... Great rooms, service, and the food - absolutely delicious! It's so nice to come back after a dive and everything is already prepared for you - just eat and relax... The owners and staff are so helpful and nice... This is my "go to" place from this point forward!

Stay away! There are much better places to dive at. I arrived and got to the dive shop and asked all the guys sitting around what the procedure was about check in, they couldn’t have cared that I was asking them. I asked them a second time and they still didn’t help. So I just unpacked my gear and hung it all up outside. The dive briefings, what dive briefings, you just had to follow. Never have I been to a dive resort like this in my life. The water pressure in my bathroom was nonexistent. I took a video and asked reception and they said it was normal. The food, was not good.

I've been to Halo a few times in recent years, and generally I was satisfied. Not last time - construction works starting in the middle of the night, staff chatting loudly at 6 AM with handphone music on, and lastly problems in the payment as they don't accept credit cards anymore. Diving center and staff was okay as most dives very close but the whole resort would need a refresher. I won't go back again.

There are some rooms are new and renovated well, comfortable and you can have relax time here. They also have a pool for dive training, the staffs of dive shop are also friendly and always willing to help, very good services here, you can always enjoy your time and have wonderful dive experience here.

Short but sweet trip. The resort was nice and clean. The water was clear and Im glad that the trash being swept ashore was very minimal to none compared to other places in Batangas. The food was good and they offer a variety of food every meal. The staff was superb! I would love to come back some time soon.
