Seascape Resort Batangas

Great pool, great staff, fun amenities and decent rooms. My stay at the Seascape Resort has been amazing and a big reason is the friendly staff. Compliments to the workers here, you made the stay very enjoyable. Edit: during the week they kept waking us up about giving them money in advance, instead of the agreed upon time, which was at checkout. Have to say that waking up to that is very unpleasant. Not professional.

Great Value for amenities offered! Good view of Batangas Bay. Ample parking space, huge pool with kiddie pool, it would have been perfect if the huge slide was usable and the floating dirt & dead bugs were regularly removed. Half basketball court ring's springs are damaged as it is no longer aligned nor does it bounce back well. The rooms capacity are great, however we encountered clogged drainage and we had to transfer rooms from Ground to 3/F which was an unfortunate hassle and huge hassle for my Mom who has difficulty with climbing high staircase, yet we are thankful as their staff personnel are very helpful.

Warm pool full of flies, warm rusty beers, non existent service! We arrived one morning and paid for a day pass to use the facilities. There were two sun loungers for the entire pool. They gave us towels when we asked but they were thread bare and very small. The water slides are so old I wouldn’t dare use them, paint chipped and rusty so you’ll tear your swimwear if not your skin! They swerved warm beer in rusty glass bottles. Food was bland and took ages to prepare. No service / staff around we had to go to the kitchen to order. They said we could pay on card then changed to cash when we tried to pay the bill and leave. They did drive us to an ATM but there was a reason we asked before ordering as much as we did.

Late review, but wanted to share my family's experience here. We had a fabulous time. The staff were really accommodating to our needs. They were friendly, helpful and just absolutely amazing. They made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we were comfortable and had all we needed. Location is a little far from major shops but there are local stores. Food served was great. The rooms we had were comfortable, neat and clean.

This place is great for a serene getaway from the busy metro. The staff were great with the lead of Ms. Sandra & Ms. Stella. They were very accommodating and warm in attending your needs. I love the Batangas coffee the most where you can enjoy it for FREE! You heard it right, its on the house! Unlimited freshly brewed Batangas coffee for FREE! KUDOS to SEASCAPE for giving us a well spent vacation on our 3rd year Wedding Anniversary. Looking forward to see you again soon! Love Aiza & Ron
