Unsafe/dangerous environment since their lanai doesn't have railings, expensive food, expensive resort fee for nothing
Not for families with senior citizen, pwd, children since there are very steep and dangerous steps going to/from the resort
I don't recommend this place
This is a chill diveshop/beach front resort. Best place to get your scuba certification. Instructors are very thorough, knowledgeable, and able to skilfully explain complex concepts. This is also our go-to place for snorkeling and freediving in Anilao. Their house reef is wonderful and expansive. Rooms are simple and cozy - equipped with everything we needed including, AC, shower, bidet, sink, a bedside lamp. Food is delicious. Dabest yung rice nila haha. Staff and regulars are friendly. Area is not crowded with ample common areas that are cozy and well equipped e.g with sunbathing chairs, a balance board, yoga mats, blocks, etc. Highly recommended. They also have kayaks, paddle boards and freedive lessons
I stayed 15 days in this resort for the purpose of freediving training.
A skilled South Korean freediver runs the place. It has a scuba dive center inside as well.
The air-conditioned room is clean and average. It has a newly constructed cozy signature kubo (hut) where guests can look down the beach and the ocean.
In front of the resort, there are 15, 20, and 40m depth fixed buoyes for freediving training. They can be easily reached by either swimming or speedboat (40m buoy is located at about 400m from the shore).
Furthermore, there are coral reefs full of colorful fish and cute turtles right in front of the resort.
The resort is highly recommended for professional and fun divers to visit.
