We had such a wonderful experience at Villas by Eco Hotel. The place is peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxation and away from noise in the city. We super liked the Taal View. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the eco-friendly concept made the stay even more meaningful. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also loved the food—fresh and delicious! Pinoy breakfast is superb! We will definitely recommend this place. Kudos!

Breathtaking view. Thankfully the weather is super nice and sunny, we are able to see the view properly and the road is not slippery. For those who wish to go, make sure your car is well prepared. Matarik ang daan. For the restaurant, you have many food choices. If you have your family with you, mabubusog lahat tlg. Marami din ang servings nya. For the room, we had the lake view room. Ang ganda, maaliwalas, amoy malinis at napaka-comfortable ng bed. The structures look like the hotels in Thailand. In general, we find this place good for unwinding. It’s quiet and good for mental break.

Lovely place at Lake Taal. It nicely integrates in nature with the pool area and a roofed terrace offering amazing views onto the Lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. There's also a restaurant offering great food and drinks (see Video). Really a place I can recommend, only the room price (I booked via Agoda, 160€/night) was far too high, next time I will try to book directly with the hotel.

Great hotel for a staycation or a short getaway. I would say for yourself or for couples mainly. Great view of The Taal lake. Only complain I would have is the WiFi didn’t work in the room, room service qr in room needs to be updated. And someone who doesn’t have a Filipino number, can’t use the number to call for service. Other than that, staff was great, friendly and restaurant food was really good

This resort has that peaceful, close-to-nature feel. You get stunning views of Mt. Maculot and Taal, and the rooms are tucked away among lush greenery. It’s also a great spot for birdwatching—they even provide binoculars in the rooms, which is a nice touch. There are plenty of cozy seats around the property, perfect for relaxing with a book or just soaking in the quiet, natural surroundings. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s clean and the water stays warm—even at night, so you can enjoy a swim under the stars (open until 9 PM). The restaurant can get pretty packed, which isn’t surprising given the good food and the gorgeous views. Service can be a bit slow, especially around lunch and merienda time. Viands are served in small portions, but the breakfast plates are surprisingly filling. Don’t leave without trying their strong, flavorful kapeng barako—sa lakas, ipaglalaban ka! One thing that really stood out was the staff—they’re very courteous and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs and requests, which makes the whole experience feel extra warm and welcoming.
