One of the best place in Lipa! Love to swim in the pool. Room is simple yet very clean and organized. Highly recommended!

rooms were spacious, other than that it was pricey and worst infested with red ants which spoilt my whole trip, red ants were observed to be found near the wooden floor/planks not covered by the dirty stained smelly carpet, which unfortunately found their way to my open lugguage, never did i have this experience in such a hotel, not to say i was bitten obviously, never be back again! room looked new but surely needs a major pest control overhaul

Value for money, great amenities, secured parking spot, convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant inside the compound, friendly and helpful staff and crew.

Reception and customer assistance was good. Place was clean... cozy... Owner too is responsive and accommodating...

Location is good near city proper 2-3mins to Robinsons Lipa. There are convenience stores nearby. Room rates are affordable. We enjoyed our stay here. Only minor issues in the room. There is a dining table but only one chair. Even though the room is good for 2pax. There is an electric kettle but no cup available. Not many people use the pool so we enjoyed it. Perfect for relaxation. For sure we will come back here when we want to relax. ❤
