The staff here is the real appeal! Everyone was very nice and helpful, several times the staff would help me call a tricycle or answer questions or help me. If you have a problem just ask and they will assist you. The AC worked great the entire time (and I went in June!), the wi-fi was good and hardly ever had problems, and they had shower heads in the bathroom! We never did try out the pool but it looked lovely. Everyone kept the common areas looking really nice. I was also surprised at how calm and peaceful it was, Even when there were large groups.

This resort villa is located quite far away from the crowded and busy City of Vigan. It has a decent room with a cool atmosphere. There is no restaurant inside the resort so you have to bring your own food and drinks. One of the main attractions of this place is the pool which only few has this amenity in the area. During the night you can see almost all the heavenly stars glittering. We were lucky the sky was clear that night. We really enjoyed our stay here even for a night as we headed for home the next day.

How is it possible not to develop services for customers?It's like having gold and pretending it's a simple metal. I don't want to give a bad review, but I want you to understand that you have to use your mind and heart to develop more tourism and more services to give to the people who arrive there. My advice is check the bathroom and the rooms that they are clean. Before the customers arrive. Put simple mosquito nets in the bedroom windows and also in the doors of the mosquito blinds. And above all find someone who does a transport service for people who want to go to the country or nearby. With the beautiful place you have organized evenings with music, make offers, study a promotion to bring many people. Remember that having them and not knowing how much they are worth and like having nothing wishes everyone.

Very pleasant ambiance, very soothing, pollution-free, and with a lovely garden view. In addition, their personnel is friendly and hospitable.

Beautiful place, nice and clean bungalows for rent. (reasonable priced) clean swimming pool...great fun for kids.
