Miniloc, El Nido

Don't book your stay here, because they can cancel your stay anytime. I was planning to stay at this hotel over the New Years holiday with my family of 4 who loves diving and water activities. While I have booked my stay in July (way ahead of time) fro Dec 28 to Jan 1st, they have emailed me on Nov 27 and informed me that the rooms I booked won't be available. Now I am scrambling and trying to find decent accomodation during the holiday season. We are overseas customer from USA and you really have disappointed us. I am still waiting for the refund of my payment after one week and will see how long it will take. We travel around the world every holiday and this is the one resort that have done this to us. I understand nature diaster or other unexpected things can happen, but informing your customer early (not a month later). Plus I have heard no damages at any other hotels from this typhoon. I don't recommend this hotel!!!

One of the best vacations I've had!!! ROOMS - a bit tight, especially if you have large suitcase, for the price and the image of the resort, I was expecting a little more luxurious vibe. However, considering the resort isn't new, I love that the beds are firm and the pillows are so much better than most hotels/resorts I've been to here and abroad. LOCATION - perfect! Most tourist spots are close by. And you can snorkel and see corals and various marine life right in front of the resort! SERVICE - nothing short of amazing! After the location, the staff and the service they provide are what made our stay memorable! They were not only courteous, they were friendly and warm! They really go out of their way to make the guests feel at home. They were not "robotic" or "pretentious" with the way they greet guests or they way they answer questions. The guides were very knowledgeable and really made us feel safe and secured, and made sure that we enjoyed the activities. I will never forget the volleyball "competition" my daughter and I, and other guests, had with the resort staff! So fun for us and they surely had fun too! That was very refreshing to see and experience. Kudos to the management for allowing the staff to have fun too 👏👍 Also, where else can you find the staff singing and waving goodbye to guests until the boat is completely out of sight?!?!?! 👋👋👋 FOOD - always a lot of variety, in our 4 days of stay, they only repeated a very small percentage of the dishes served. Love love love for their soft rolls! 🤤 CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!! 🤩🤩🤩

The staff made our stay unforgettable! Tons of attractions and things to see and do, the food was great- and everyone were kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

One of the best, if not the best, resorts for me. The island resort provided a memorable stay for me and my family, especially during a time when the pandemic still lingers. The staff are very helpful, coureous, professional and hospitable. We enjoyed their tours around the many islands of El Nido and around Bacuit Bay. The food is one of the highlights as it's one of the most delicious I've tasted.
