a week agoThe front desk officer was rude and disrespectful, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious and clean. Regarding the complimentary breakfast, I hope the hotel can improve this. If you’re offering breakfast, the portions and variety should at least be sufficient. Since most guests go on tours and need enough energy, it would be better to serve a more filling and balanced meal. You can even consider slightly increasing the room rate if needed, as guests expect a proper and satisfying breakfast. Overall, the stay could have been much better if the staff were more courteous and the breakfast options were improved.

3 months agoThe room has a unpleasant smell, given that our check in time is very late. Staff should have a lot of time to clean-up and prepare the bed. I also notice that the bedsheets and cover is wet which is uncomfortable to sleep when the AC is turned on.

5 months agoWe arrived early 12:05PM than their usual checkin time of 2PM, and we requested if we could be allowed to checkin early as we have been up and been traveling for almost 10hrs already, from Manila. But was asked to wait, as they said the rooms are all still occupied, not politely though. The funny thing is at around 1:45PM, the receptionist approached me and told me that I would have to pay half the days rate if we want to check in early. GOSH, 15mins before check in time That was just so upsetting. If they had told me that when I first walked in, I would have said yes, as we are really that tired. Long story, we checked in @ 2PM and was told by one of the room attendants that our room, together with almost half of the place have been unoccupied for days And they put is in the beach front accommodation, though ours is at the opposite sides.

5 months agoWe stayed here for about a week, after Puerto princesa and before manila. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is good. Rent a motorcycle, and you're between some good spots. Staff was really friendly and introduced me to some awesome activities not normally available. Really showed us the local life camping and living on the further islands. Food was good. Pool was good. If you're truly here to actually adventure, this place will satisfy you. Be aware that service and internet are intermittent, but when you're in El Nido, you shouldn't be inside until it's time to sleep anyways lol.
