a month agoWe spent two nights here and had the most wonderful time. The staff were so accommodating and friendly with plenty of cool activities to do. It was the best experience staying in the amazing huts with beach views. The food was also so good. Highly recommend staying here!!

a month agoWould recommend this to anyone as the perfect escape in the Philippines, perfect for anyone - couples, friends and tours. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and it was the little touches that made this 5* from the welcome drinks, free snorkels to visit the nearby shipwreck, cooking classes and community spirit at dinner time. Would love to come back again.

4 months agoMy wife and I spent four nights at The Isla Experience. We are absolutely thrilled. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the activities are fun. We were able to snorkel, kayak, play beach volleyball, attend a cooking class, enjoy fellowship and sing karaoke. The island is beautiful and the accommodation is very comfortable. We can highly recommend it! Tim & Rebekka from Switzerland

3 weeks agoI am extremely disappointed with my experience with this hotel. We had to cancel our stay due to an unexpected situation completely beyond our control, yet the hotel refused to offer any refund, not even a partial one. No understanding, no flexibility, nothing. As a result, we lost €300 for absolutely nothing. As someone followed by over 250,000 people on Instagram, I always try to share honest travel experiences—good or bad—to help my community make informed choices. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and customer care I received here is something I feel important to talk about. I strongly advise future guests to be aware of the hotel’s rigid policies and poor customer service. This level of inflexibility is unacceptable and does not inspire confidence.

5 months agoWe spent a night at Isla and it was incredible. We snorkelled around the shipwreck and saw lots of fish and starfish. In the evenings we had live music whilst we had our dinner with the other guests. The staff were incredible and so helpful with everything. One of our favourite days/evenings in the Philippines
