5 months agoOne of the worse hotels I have stayed at. If you have a choice don't waste your money and stay here. I didn't have a choice I let someone I know take control of booking hotels while I'm on my stay here in the Philippines. Let's start of with the positives. - Now onto the negatives. - Bed bugs / mosquitoes in the room. Got bitten up all over. - No Internet or signal in the room whatsoever, have to sit in the lobby. - The electricity cut out for 4 hours so couldn't see nothing early in the morning had to end up using my phones flash light to brush my teeth. - Towels were dirty looking and their was hardly any toiletries. If you're going to spend money just save it and book somewhere else

5 months agoNOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, I guess this is what you get booking from a travel agency. So many issues - Stinky toilet - Standard room is small (no proper ventilation) - Hot shower not working in some rooms - No cellular signal inside (can't call/use data) - Location far from town proper ( it's pricey going back n forth) - Their restaurant food isn't that good either for it's price. You can find a better place with a cheaper price.

a year agozero star for me. I picked it, even if it is more expensive than the other 2 star hotels as I thought it is better. However, I had a very bad experience, the worst actually. 1. No Wifi, No network signal 2. Unaccommodating reception, very rude, can't answer simple question 3. Incomplete sanitary kits. Even cheaper hotels have those. 4. Stinky Comfort Room, it smells in the whole room 5. There are bed bugs 6. Breakfast set-up. They have scheduled 7-9 breakfasts, which is good. The problem is they don't serve it until past 8. We were there already before 7, but had to wait for more than an hour to get a set breakfast. The staff won't help you, they will also complain but they book a lot of guests. So if you have tours, better to have your own breakfast or I recommend booking another hotel (that will be better). I have asked in the evening if I can order already as I have a tour tomorrow, but the reception is very rude. Not recommended hotel.

2 years agoMy wife and I stayed here for 4D3N. decent room with breakfast which is good for it's price point. Easy access to city centre, 5 minutes travel via tricycle. We loved the view from top floor (cafeteria/food hall) . Staffs are nice. Hopefully, they can improve their wifi siginal. Our room have very poor connection. They tried to offer different room but it's a twin so opted to keep our initial room.
