Diwatu Villas El Nido

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The place is very clean, well-arranged, and feels newly built. The staff are incredibly attentive—they check in regularly to make sure you have everything you need and truly care about every detail. Because the kitchen is open, you might notice a few insects sometimes, but the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, so it didn’t affect our stay. The villa is not exactly in the center or by the beach, but we rented a motorcycle, and getting around was very easy. Most places we wanted to visit were only 10–15 minutes away. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this villa.

Our stay at Diwatu Villas was nothing but amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and super friendly - You should not hesitate to ask them for any help or recommendations. When it comes to our room cleanliness, the villa was spotless and so comforting. Dana, our housekeeper, made sure of it every single day. We’ll definitely stay at Diwatu Villas next time we’re back!

We’ve stayed at Diwatu Villas three times during our visits to El Nido, and it has truly become our home away from home. Our first stay was so memorable that, after a disappointing experience elsewhere in town, we immediately called Diwatu to see if they could take us back, and thankfully they could. It turned out to be the best decision of our entire trip. When our flights were later cancelled due to Typhoon Tino, Diwatu once again came to the rescue and welcomed us back for an extra couple of days with the same warmth and hospitality. The villas are beautifully designed, with stunning gardens and elegant furnishings that create a calm, tropical retreat. Everything is immaculately maintained, and the quality of the accommodation is second to none. The staff are exceptional, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything, no matter how small. We cannot recommend Diwatu Villas highly enough; it is the kind of place that turns a good holiday into an unforgettable one.

We arrived at the villa about two hours before our check-in time with four kids and all our luggage, so we were incredibly grateful when the man at the front desk kindly offered to let us relax and use the pool at a vacant villa while we waited. That gesture alone made such a great first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we finally checked into our villa, I was absolutely mind blown. It was massive, spotless, and stunningly beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were so spacious it felt like we had an entire resort to ourselves. The bathrooms were just as impressive…modern, sleek, and sparkling clean. We were also welcomed with fresh fruit, snacks, and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including appliances and utensils, making it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out. Overall it was an unforgettable stay and truly one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend.

We booked this accommodation with the hope of having a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but sadly our experience turned into a complete nightmare. The room we were given had bed bugs, which was absolutely unacceptable. We immediately reported the problem, expecting management to take responsibility and at least offer a solution. Instead, nothing was done. Not only did we have to endure sleepless nights, but our entire trip was ruined. Imagine coming for a holiday, only to be bitten by bed bugs and left feeling ignored by the very people who are supposed to care for their guests’ comfort. We felt completely neglected and disrespected. It’s shocking that an establishment can operate this way, ignoring such a serious issue that directly affects the health and well-being of their guests. Unfortunately, because of their inaction, we were unable to enjoy our stay at all. This was supposed to be a time to relax, but instead it became a stressful and uncomfortable experience that we would never want anyone else to go through. I strongly urge anyone considering this accommodation to think twice. Guest comfort and safety should be the top priority, but clearly, here it is not.
