Charisma beach resort and restaurant

Great experience staying at Charisma, some very minor water issues but the staff were on it very quickly and they were very accommodating thank you all! Let us stay a little bit longer after checkout and rented us out a great pair of wheels. Beautiful views, very kind staff comfortable spacious rooms and great cocktails - try the negronis

The service was attentive and ready to help. Cleaning was upon request. The bed was comfortable. The menu is limited (local and international), but all we tried was tasty. Wifi connection was deficient most of the time. Fighting roosters around the place are really noisy all day and night long, making sleep really difficult. The beach is nice and we enjoyed being so few tourists in the area.

Regarding the meals, the menu is limited to a few choices from local and international cuisine, but everything we tried was tasty. This was our second time in San Juan and we chose Charisma as it was not right on the roadside, so we assumed it would be less noisy. However, the roosters around the place were making loud noises all day and night, making sleep difficult. We later found that apparently some rooms have been renovated with better sound insulation, should have known we definitely would have asked for a change. The wifi connection was inconsistent. The beach is nice and we enjoyed being so few tourists in the area. Anyway, all things considered, it was a pleasant stay.

I spent the day at this hotel and restaurant yesterday and I must say, it was absolutely paradise! The location is stunning, with a white sand beach and plenty of loungers and hammocks for guests to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from, and the service was exceptional. The staff were all extremely friendly to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. The stunning beach, comfortable amenities, delicious food, and exceptional service make this the perfect spot for a day trip or even an extended stay. I can't wait to come back!

Worst experience ever! We booked two rooms for two nights, we were not even able to have a shower due to power outage neither turn on the air conditioner. The owner confirmed they have no budget for a back up generator, non-sense. When leaving after the first night and asking for the refund, the staff confirmed they had no money for the refund due to payday and to trust for a PayPal refund in 7 days. We set a meeting with the owner and manager and she didn’t show up, neither in the morning nor the evening an she did’t want to talk by phone, using their staff as a communication. Facilities deteriorated, two inches spider in the room, etc… absolutely not recommended!!
