Since the start of 2025, our church officers started looking for an events place that can accommodate more than a hundred participants for a three-day retreat. We needed a one-stop resort that would provide amenities that fit our activities and programs, including a function hall, a covered court, and of course, rooms. The challenge here though was we were on a very tight budget. This is when Camp Benjamin became our answered prayer.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who patiently assisted us in planning despite the many adjustments we asked them to make for us. They answered all our questions and made sure everything we needed was provided. They exceeded our expectations overall, and we appreciate how closely they assisted us in all our needs.
The highlights for us would definitely be the food with unexpected complimentary drinks, the cleanliness of the whole place, the effort and help of their very friendly staff, and the provision of tools and equipment.
Needless to say, we won't have second thoughts holding our future events at Camp Benjamin. It was indeed a blessing, and we highly recommend it to all churches and organizations that have the same needs as ours.
The place is ideal for large quantity of people - seminars, etc. Not what I've expected. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Should've been better if there are tables and chairs inside the family suite. Cabinets could also be helpful. Large place for exploration but do it with caution as it is close to nature. Appreciated the hot and cold bath so much!
My 5-year-old and I had such a wonderful time at the Easter Day Event hosted by WIN Farm here at Camp Benjamin! The activities were thoughtfully planned and perfect for young children—my child especially loved the egg hunt, the animal encounter, and the planting activity. It was such a joy to see him so engaged and excited!
The staff made the experience even more memorable. Everyone we interacted with—from the security guard and receptionists to the event staff, hosts, and even the animal caretaker—were warm, friendly, and accommodating. You could really feel the genuine care they had for both the kids and the parents.
The event was held at the basketball court, which turned out to be an ideal venue. It was spacious and well-ventilated, which helped keep everyone comfortable despite the summer heat. Being surrounded by nature and greenery added to the charm and made the whole experience feel refreshing and relaxed.
The included light snacks were a nice touch and tasted great! For the Php800 fee (1 child + 1 adult), it was definitely worth it.
One thing I wanted to point out, though—our booking confirmation mentioned that the fee included pool access for one child. However, this wasn’t mentioned by the host during the event, so I wasn’t sure if it was still available afterward. I didn’t ask since it didn’t seem like the other parents were expecting it either, but a bit of clarification next time would be helpful.
All in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely join again if this event is offered next year. It’s something I’d love to make an Easter tradition for us!
Our stay at Camp Benjamin Shalom Hotel was nothing short of relaxing and rejuvenating. Nestled in a lush, green environment, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious—perfect for families or couples looking for a quiet getaway.
🌿 What we loved:
💦 The large pool surrounded by nature was a highlight—perfect for a morning dip or sunset swim.
🍽️ Mon’s Restaurant nearby served delicious, healthy meals that complemented the serene vibe of the place.
🌸 Staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.
While the interior design is simple and straightforward, the overall experience was elevated by the natural surroundings and thoughtful service. If you're looking for a peaceful staycation with a touch of adventure, Shalom Hotel in Amadeo is definitely worth a visit!
Great for group outreach and team building. The food is not good it's very blunt with no flavour. The property says pet friendly but be surprised to receive a hefty PHP 1500/- fee per night for your pet with no facilities. .The fee is ridiculous just to have your pet around you. A pet hotel is much less with all facilities.
