cozy & spacious with good environment. only small portion of the beach is accessible (and quite the walk imo hahaha) but there is a pool in the villa and the staff are really nice

It's quiet . There staffs good to us to welcoming and happy The room, living room and terrace are spacious. I will add my impressions after staying here tonight.

The place is great for family get-togethers. The rooms are quite spacious, as the one we've booked is only supposed to fit 8 people, but to be honest you could even fit at most 12 people inside. It was a pleasant experience overall, with the attendees being ever-so accommodating, and the place having a peaceful vibe to it. The beach, although not the best looking one around Cavite-Batangas, is decent enough to fill your need for a sea breeze. There were, but a few hiccups though, as the place is already showing signs of aging. Specifically, some of the door, sideboards, window hinges are close to breaking; so tenants better be careful with them.

ruined weekend in a dirty villa: the bathroom is dirty, the windows are not only dirty, but they don't close well with cracks. The kitchen is a disaster in general.

Nice place where you can relax and enjoy with your family and friends ..accessible with swimming pool and beach and its has its own wifi connection
