I recently visited Abucana Camp in Cavite for a day tour, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort has a beautiful garden, a relaxing pool, and plenty of cozy spots where you can sit back and unwind. One of the highlights is the view of the river, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
They offer small boat rides that take you along the river and even to a nearby island—an unexpected and charming addition to the visit. The entire place is very scenic and ideal for a quick escape from the city.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I definitely recommend checking out Abucana Camp if you’re in the area!
Our stay at Abucana Camp Site in Maragondon, Cavite was a peaceful escape! Though the campsite is small, it has a cozy and relaxing ambiance, and since we visited during off-peak season, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and while some seafoods weren’t available at the time, the food they served was still delicious. We especially loved the big tree, perfect for a lazy siesta in the afternoon, and the bonfire added a nice touch to our evening.
The pool is small but refreshing, and they even offer boat rentals for fishing (for a fee). It’s also a pet-friendly campsite, but note that dogs aren’t allowed inside the huts, so it’s best to bring your own crate or cage.
If you’re lucky enough to visit when it's not crowded, you’ll surely fall in love with this charming little campsite.
Just about 2 hours away from the Metro, this small campsite at Bucana, Cavite offers a healing retreat with nature.
Staff were very accommodating and the facilities are well-maintained.
You can also book rowing classes during your stay. I was coached by Coach Benjie Tolentino, who was actually a former rowing Olympian.
Abucana Camp is a hidden gem here in Cavite. Come visit and see for yourself!
A hidden gem in Ternate, Cavite. Great place if you are looking for a place for bonding and relaxation with your family and friends. They have different aircon rooms avaiable for big or small groups or for couples. They also have a splash pool. The Maragondon River is just in front of the resort, river cruise is also offered to guests. The beach is also nearby.
