La Playa Resort

If you are looking for a budget friendly beach resort then this is for you. For just a little over Php 200 you will enjoy both swimming in the beach and pool. The cottage rate is way cheaper compared to other resort. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They have a store where you can buy thing you might forget bringinging like ICE, Drinks etch. They also have bar that sell alcoholic drinks so no need to bring from outside.

We went there for a birthday celebration. The place was neat and kept clean and the pool was nice. The cottages were a little far from the pool which was actually a concern for us because we didn't want to risk losing our personal belongings. But the major issue we did not like was the stray cats and dogs in the area. It made it a little uncomfortable having the animals around and some of the dogs even got to our food when we went to the pool and the cake we bought got wasted. If the facility can take control of the strays it would have been a better experience.

We went here with my friends to enjoy the long weekend but unfortunately we lost an android phone. What is more surprising is the other cottage also lost an Apple phone. We checked the CCTV footage and it is all clear and visible not until on the part that the phone was missing, the footage became blurry and not be able to see who passed by. Is it sounds suspicious? We contact the manager about this but still not responding.

They have these rules if you rent a covered table area as a group, you can't rent a room for just 2 people they are afraid others un your group will use it we tried to rent a 2 person room because we were all about to leave but the husband was too drunk to drive and his wife didn't have license so we went to get a room for 12 hours so he can sober up and they said no you can't because if your in a group you have to rent a room for 12 people for everyone in your group so basically they want you to pay for say an extra 10 people who are leaving because evidently they don't trust customers to abide by the rules

We went there last March to celebrate my twin cousins birthday. It's actually too pricey for the quality of the beach. Payments for cottage, beach entrance and pool entrance are separates. It's just that the price is not rightful for the quailty of the beach. The water seems dirty and you can't even barely swim. So we decided to avail the pool since we have kids with us. The pool is a bit big thought the adult pool is not so clean. However, staffs are nice and the place is huge. They have volleyball area where we played with a lot of strange people which is nice. They also have live music at night that turns into a disco from time to time which i think is the highlight of the place. However, i believe that karaoke either should stop during the live music as it interfere with the sounds or they should have put it a bit far from the live music area. Overall, it did not meet my expectation as was too popular and pricey but the quality is not that much.
