We've had our team building/staycation and booked through Airbnb. The Family room (Barkada Room) was spacious enough for 10-15 pax though I suggest they add more beds or maybe have some mattresses available. It's near metro manila so it would be easy for transportation if you have a car. For commute, you may ask the owner through their Airbnb account. The place and pool is not that big but is enough for 15 persons. Karaoke is inside the room to avoid too much noise outside. The hosts are super helpful and will assist you on your needs. It's not recommended for parties since it is not that big enough and they have quiet time from 10pm to 6am. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for large groups! They also have rooms for couple or solo travelers.
