Rooms were spacious. There were a few bugs all over but understandable since the cabins are in a “foresty” area. Take note that the “jacuzzi” will have to be filled manually using a tap connected to a heater than turns itself off every 7 liters - filling took almost 2 hours. The place was nice, there were a few activities you can enjoy. Make sure to have closed footwear and socks if you want to access everything. The staff made up for everything that is lacking. They were extremely nice and I feel that they’d go the extra mile each time you need help.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The cabin was so cozy, it felt like a home away from home but surrounded by nature. We also try the activities like Big swing and Zipline. We highly recommend this to our friends and family.

All units have their own pools except for the couples room. There is also a hot tub available which is great for switching from the cold pool. The place is clean and spacious, great for group bonding. Cook ware are available, grill is clean. The crew is also very accommodating, there is alot of activities to do within the compound.

My family recently stayed here to celebrate my child's birthday, and to be direct—we were disappointed with a key part of our experience. We had expected to use the tram service, especially after watching videos from content creators saying “don’t worry, there’s a tram you can use.” However, upon arrival, we were told by staff that the tram is strictly for persons with disabilities (PWD) and senior citizens only. While we absolutely respect the needs of PWDs and seniors, this was frustrating because we were traveling with two toddlers and my mother, who is almost 60 years old and also needed support getting around. The lack of clear communication about this policy beforehand made things unnecessarily difficult for our family. The worst part? Before checking out, we saw dog being allowed on the tram—but not our small kids. That felt incredibly unfair and disappointing. I must say, based on our experience, this place is not kid-friendly or elderly-friendly. For a destination that promotes itself as a family getaway, it really fell short in accommodating basic needs for families with young children and older adults. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, accessibility, and fairness moving forward.

The place itself is really a good escape from the usual places. I love that we have our own pool inside our cabin. However, when we asked why the heater was not working at around night time and we needed to soak at the pool area, no one is around anymore. The front desk closes at 10pm and there will be no staff to attend to anything. We asked again in the morning, but no one came to check also. The property is good for nature and pet lovers because you can handle and feed some birds and rabbits for free. The place is not old and pwd friendly because you need to hike up and down to get to your cabins. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
