Terre Verte Farm Resort

Marcus and Acacia lofts are not maintained at all. They only clean it surface level but almost all of the amenities were faulty. Not recommended at all. During heavy rain, the Marcus loft had a leak in the sliding doors and the rainwater got inside. It was pouring in. They had a sofa bed at the bottom, and that got wet from the leak. The toilet in the Marcus loft was blocked and it would take at least 5 flushes before even pee would sink down. The hot water in the shower would last 5 seconds and then would turn cold. The television does not work at all. The shower in the Acacia loft does not work. We had to ask for lightbulbs as they do not have them in the common areas. When there is rain, half of the seating that is at the back of the building would flood and is unusable. The grill given to us was caked with burnt bits of who used it previously. We asked for a brush to get it off and the caretaker had to give us a cleaner grill top because the loft’s was unusable. The swimming pool is mossy on one of the sides. One of the pathways close to the parking area was super slippery. We decided to check out at 9pm as it was unliveable. They gave us 50% refund, but I think they should not have rented it out to us at all. If they have decency, they would close it up and fix it. The excuse they gave us with all of these faults is that they had difficulty maintaining it after the consecutive rain. They’ve published multiple posts promoting it on social media despite knowing that they haven’t maintained it well. They do not check if any of their amenities are ready for use before renting it out.

Rooms are nice. They have AC. But shower is not working in our room. Also, from time to time, water turns from clear to a little bit muddy and vice versa. But the place is good. Each house/ accommodation has its own pool so you can enjoy by yourselves.

We had 8-5pm private pool reservation to celebrate our youngest sister's birthday. Our experienced was sucks! The kiddie pool water looked dirty. The room was not as described in their facebook page. The dinning was gross, the floor was sticky and flies were everywhere. The outdoor shower was full of mildew. A lot of amenities were not available. No wifi! No karaoke! They only cleaned the pool filter when we arrived. It took more than 2hrs to enjoy the pool fountain. We hadn't check out yet but they already let other guests to use our pool. Service was sucks! And for 8k?! It definitely doesn't worth it!!!

We rented the Marcus' loft. It was a great place. No need to worry for the parking space. They had almost all the kitchen equipment and utensils we needed. The toiletries were also complete. The pool was clean. The staff were hospitable. We encountered some problems with the door and the toilet bowl but they were able to fix it immediately even though it was late night. I would have given 5 stars if not for those problems.

Overall, I highly recommend Terre Verte Farm Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature. It's an idyllic retreat where you can unwind, indulge in fantastic food, and reconnect with the beauty of the outdoors. I can't wait to visit again!"
