Highly Recommended. All I heard from my sister and her team are positive experiences. Helping to promote the business since it deserves 5-star. Can't wait for the whole family to be there!
Great location since it is not that crowded, unlike your typical Pansol resort. Pool is covered and kids pool is also available. We liked that it is friendly to senior citizens and PWDs from the entrance to bathrooms.
We also loved that there are dedicated areas for movies, bar/billards, and videoke. Our only feedback is there is just one microphone and we do not like the setup of the sounds.
In general, rooms are great and air-conditioned, but don't think that the toilet is clean. There are rooms with double deck beds and can comfortably fit 2 people per bed.
-1 ⭐ since utensils and kitchen tools are VERY limited - they will only lend you ladles and tongs, but you should bring your own rice cooker, pots, pans and even knives. Good thing, we have some kitchen tools, a multi cooker, and an electric stove. You will also pay 400+ pesos if you are going to use their gas stove.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and there's a mini sari-sari store inside. As for the parking, it can fit up to 2 vehicles (sedan and SUV). Some of us parked outside.
The pool is heated. Supposedly, there is a jacuzzi, but when we asked to turn it on, we were told that it's not working.
Kitchen at the ground floor tends to become stuffy due to lack of sufficient exhaust. The heat could rise up to the mezzanine where the karaoke machine is located. It would help if the resort owners will provide additional fans for the kitchen, the mezzanine and dining area at the ground floor. Good thing, the barbeque grill is located at an open area.
There is a billiard table at the third floor. However, players will surely miss the fun at the mezzanine.
The resort has plenty of airconditioned rooms with double deck beds at the second floor. The room at ground floor is perfect for senior citizens or PWDs who have trouble climbing stairs.
Staff at the resort is Okay but the owner is really inconsiderate. The ACU had never been cleaned at all thus our stay was horrible. When i called the attention of the owner they just said ots been cleaned. OMG. Why the heck there were ice in the ACU, have they moved their freezer there? The owner was irate. My guest whom I invited to the resort said they will never get back to the place. Considering the price and what theyve experienced as well. What you see on the net is not always what they look like in reality. May be when it was new in the market. Piece of asvice. Good Housekeeping & Maintenance must and always and had been a part of all businesses in all industry. Failed on this you lose your customers.
