The price is just right. Not newly renovated, billiard table is a mess so as the cues and balls. Warm water confirmed. Air conditioned rooms and standard beddings. With parking for 2 vehicles, with enough space to accomodate 50 pax

Facilities 0/10: Lots of bedbugs on the sofas both in the living room and near the pool, my companions got rashes. There was a rat roaming around the side of the pool. Lots of cockroaches and flies. The air conditioner was very dusty, and it wasn't cleaned. We ended up cleaning it for the sake of our kids. One of the AC units was weak. The restroom wasn't really comfortable to use. There was cat poop everywhere. Staff/Caretaker 2/10: Not approachable, seemed indifferent to the guests. When we arrived, nobody assisted us. We communicated through text whenever we had requests, even though he lived just outside the gate. They didn't collect the trash, we ended up cleaning and sweeping the area. They didn't voluntarily change the water in the pool, we had to tell them to do it. Pool 5/10: This part was somewhat okay because the pool wasn't too chlorinated, and the kiddie pool was suitable for a 3-year-old. However, the staff didn't change the water promptly. WiFi 5/10: We only enjoyed it at night, but in the morning, it seemed like the staff turned it off, and all of us lost connection. Conclusion: Never again. Not worth the price

I don’t booked the private resort but I am the one of the guest. Location: far away from national highway Water: not hot spring but lukewarm (like what they said) Rooms: 5 if I’m not mistaken with broken doorknob Restroom: 2 ( one inside and one outside) with broken doorknob. Bed: double deck and extra mattress Staff/caretaker: responsive And accommodating Area: along the way, water everywhere Stores: lot of sari sari store nearby(next door) Cons: I saw ground hole and saw not one but 2 giant rats. ( maybe more)

Not accesible. Place is flooded. Infested with cockroaches. Airconditioned rooms but aircon needs maintenance. Comfort rooms need maintenance as well, looks haunted. Place is not Instagrammable. For 15t you can find better place within the area.
