Great Staff & Okay Amenities, Needs Renovation ​The staff here were nice and polite, and the lifeguards were visible and attentive. We especially appreciated them allowing an early check-in due to the typhoon, which gave the kids more pool time! ​A major highlight was the mini zoo, a fantastic amenity you don't usually see at this price point. The kids loved it! ​The pools were enjoyable with water that was warm (though not as warm as some private resorts). While they weren't the absolute cleanest, they were acceptable, and I had no issues afterward. ​The accommodations, however, are dated. The rooms and toilet facilities are acceptable given the overall state of the resort, but it is screaming for a restoration/renovation. ​Overall: A great budget-friendly option with wonderful staff and a unique mini zoo, but be prepared for older facilities.

The resort’s serene surroundings and beautiful landscaping made it an ideal spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Our room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a restful stay. I highly recommend La Vista Pansol Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and fantastic hot springs. We can’t wait to come back!

La Vista Pansol Resort easily entertains families with its diverse hot spring-fed pools and fun slides, plus the wildlife rescue center is a delightful surprise for kids. The scenic views and large facilities make it a solid choice for a relaxing getaway. That said, the resort could benefit from better upkeep—some areas feel worn, some facilities are unclean, and service coordination (like booking communication or event notifications) is inconsistent. If you're planning a visit, expect the natural hot springs and fun amenities, but bring a bit of patience—and maybe your own towel or toiletries.

No bidet on public toilet, the walls are low too. Wave pool floor needs to be smoothened more, its getting sharp. All other pools are in nice condition though. Expensive sari-sari store but reasonable ice cream price. I hadn't seen the rescue center and sky bike though it was already night when I got out. Overall was a fun place to go with friends.

05/20/2025 - checked in for one night room for 4 people. - location not easily accessible - old and some areas are not maintained, this resort have seen better days - our room was ant infested ( dead ants on the sheet ) bathroom and shower was dilapidated and in disrepair ( yuck ) good thing we just stayed for one night - our room definitely not worth P4000 per night ( we paid P2000 half price at Agoda ) - all pools were not that hot just lukewarm ( the main big pool we enjoyed for a night swim ) * This resort is only good for family outings and day trips / the main big pool with the big and small slides are great and fun
