Anton’s Loft Designer Resort Pansol

Owner property sent us away on the day itself even though I booked 2 months before on agoda and its still not closed there. They are blaming agoda for the overbooking when its their fault for not closing the post there when the said date is already booked. Which I doubt because I know for sure that I booked first thru the app and they just rent it to another customer without checking agoda or the other third party app they use. They even told us to just book them thru their fb page. This is not isolated case. They even told us that last saturday another customer went home without staying on their place and just blamed agoda for it.

An absolute gem of a find. We got an amazing deal for a room here in Agoda, and let me tell you, the pictures on their site do not do the place justice. It was stunning. We originally booked a 1 queen and 1 double bedroom, but they upgraded us to their VOCO room with 2 queen beds. There were 4 of us, but there was enough room for 3 more. The views in the room were beautiful, the place is kind of high up and faces makiling so you can imagine watching the sunset and sunrise in their floor to ceiling windows. They also have a few things to do aside from enjoying the room; swimming, kareoke, and billiards, which was fun. They also have netflix in the room to watch movies, and the TV itself is pretty old and hard to work with, though. The staff were also so accommodating and kind, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Will definitely be returning here.

Came all the way from Sydney and stayed here, the customer service was great with someone greeting us as we arrived at the door with a swift check in. The ammenities are high quality with many options to keep you entertained such as videoke, billiards, and a beautiful natural hot spring pool. The location is very peaceful with lovely scenery. The VOCO room is a standout with the same quality as the hotel rooms in Australia. Overall a very peaceful getaway with great service and high-class rooms. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay was comfortable, rooms were cleaned properly and view is just stunning. Quiet & cozy. ❣️

Beautiful hot spring resort in Pansol. Only 45 min away from the south. We stayed in their newest room, which has a tub. Love the huge space and work table. It was also nice dipping in their hot spring pool especially as it was rainy when we visited. There is still on-going construction on their second floor and some menu items are not available on their cafe when we visited, but overall would highly recommend.
