Ocean Bliss Resort – Nasugbu

The customer service is amazing! Room is not bad. We book a room for couple. They have smart tv and everthing is working well. I did not expect it but the food is super delicious! 10/10 Infinity pool is good too with a great view of the beach. The seats beside the pool can be increased but overall great and cozy experience. Will definitely come back with fam.

Unfortunately our reservation fell smack in the middle of a storm so that sucked, we couldn't enjoy the beach cause of the strong waves or spend any significant amount of time outdoors. But it doesn't take away from the awesome service we received. Food isn't amazing, but it hits the spot when you're hungry and priced quite reasonable as far as resorts go. The free breakfast and coffee is great value if included with the room charges. Everyone is so helpful and nice, we've more than once left our belongings just lying around and not a thing went missing. The beachfront was quite dirty though, but through no fault of the resort, it's just a fact of life for the entire stretch of beach in the area.

12/1/2024: Stayed again for 3D,2N and the service was consistent. Will keep coming back here with my family. 12/28/2023: The room was good, staff was very attentive and courteous. Neighbors were a bit rude with their noisy bikes at night.

The resort is beautiful and looks new, but I don't think they're cleaning enough the rooms. May mga hair na sa drainage ng cr namin kahit di pa namin nagagamit, and the floor mat has a lot of moulds na. Staff are welcoming naman, but I don't see them much during our stay so medyo difficult especially if may need ka (Joyce was the most helpful one). I requested and paid the service fee to have our breakfast in one of their kubo facing the beach. I was too excited for the food especially the kapeng barako, but to our surprise, the waiter gave us hot water, a sachet of Nescafe instant coffee and few creamer and sugar on the side. When we asked why hindi kapeng barako yung snerve, he just said na "sa resto daw siya kinukuha". We're speechless, I paid for the extra service fee naman and we're soaking wet din since kaka-dip lang namin sa pool, paano kami aakyat ng resto? The waiter can simply pour the barako in the cup instead of the hot water naman haaay -- luckily Joyce was there to help and replace our coffee. ☕️ 🍛 Restaurant - the food was good, generous serving. The pork sisig was very good. 🌊 Beach - the sand is fine, brownish, but not that clean, may mga nakita kaming plastic at mga bubog sa shore The resort is promising sana, hope they can improve the linis especially sa cr ng mga rooms and for the staff, i hope they're more present and attentive.

My family and I booked an overnight stay at Ocean Bliss Resort, at this time typhoon Egay had just left the country but it was still raining heavily. Easy to book as they respond quickly on chat and also on the phone. They accept gcash and cash payment and also a pet friendly resort. Unlike other resorts we visited in Nasugbu, the location of Ocean Bliss is closer because you don't have to go around the mountain. The resort is nice and clean, their pool and cabanas are inviting. The only thing that turns us off is the amount of trash on their beach front, maybe brought by strong waves but I hope they can do something about it cause the beach is also a strong attraction for the resort. The barkada room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the pool and sea. We swam in the pool but only for a while because it was windy and cold, but we enjoyed the view from our room of the rough sea and watching Netflix. The food is good and the servings are big, we especially enjoyed the unlimited barako coffee. The staff at the resort are friendly. They have a staff there that is very helpful, too bad I didn't get his name. He helped my senior citizen mom up to our room and even changed the torn towels that were given to us. Ms Eden, their staff at the reception area, is also easy to talk to, she accommodated our request to extend an hour during checkout. Overall, we were able to relax at Ocean Bliss Resort regardless of the bad weather.
