What a beautiful boutique motel. It’s really beautifully done. I mean I was truly impressed with everything. From a no reservation check-in, hospitality. Dinner, and the included breakfast. We arrived on a big motorcycle from Quezon City, with limited supplies. And they were very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights, there bed was comfortable with extra pillows. AC and tv performance was excellent. The pool has a 6’ deep end, and the kiddy pool. We’re very happy to have stayed here and would again. Should there be a future visit to Vigan.
Nice but no sun chairs in the 200 peso pools, only the expensive ones that are much smaller. Floors were very dirty, I put my towel down on the ground cause there's no other was to get some sun 🌅 & it was brown from the dirt after 🧐
I stayed in Vigan for two months with my wife and would have visited your pool 2-3 times a week but was refused a simple sun deck chair from the other pool which was empty.
Terrible customer service.
I traveled abroad from the U.S. to the Philippines to spend a few weeks with my Husband and meet his family. The staff at Casa Cecilia Hotel made us feel very welcomed and they greeted us with warm smiles. Our room was squeaky clean and smells fresh. The only thing I wish we had in our room was a full length mirror. The bed was super comfy. The complimentary breakfast was made to order each morning and we enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio. The property was absolutely delightful and beautiful. They offer a spa, sauna and Jacuzzi, all of which were very clean. They have 3 different pools. We took a stroll around the property and enjoyed sights from the garden. Very convenient location and parking was close to our room. If you're wanting to visit Vigan City, then the best place to stay is Cass Cecilia hotel.
Hosts were quite pleasant. Internet was weak & going in & out. Separate wifi for TV never worked. Enjoyed each breakfast served with a smile. There are multiple pools & host allowed us to use a semi-private pool while the main pool was being cleaned. I would consider revisiting.
Awesome staff, lovely owner, and awesome coffee! Modern rooms that are very clean, beautiful gardens everywhere, 3 awesome pools and sauna and steam room and good food! And a puppy named sandy! Surely will come back if I’m ever in the area. 10 min away from Vigan if anyone is looking for a place to stay near by. This place is way better than the hotels in Vigan in my opinion. Thank you po for the lovely stay!(:
