The air of the room smelled so strongly of fungus, it was almost unbearable. The staff claims that payment through Agoda is invalid ... and that you should just PAY AGAIN and that figuring out a refund from Agoda is your own problem. Way earlier than 7 am, the staff loudly shouted to each other down the corridor, repeatedly, right outside our room's flimsy door (the door also let in light from the corridor all around the doorframe). Worst hotel I've seen in the Philippines. Someone should take them to court.
TWICE na kaming natulog dito.
Pros:
1. Clean room with complete amenities.
2. Clean comport room with hot and cold shower.
3. Split type aircon; very cool.
4. Comportable bed, pillow and I love the comporter.
5. Near Abra State University and Abra Sports Complex for jogging.
6. Friendly staff and security guard.
7. Wifi is ok.
8. Nearby famous miki eatery.
9. Laundry shop infront.
Cons:
1. Bit pricey but value for money.
Good hotel for short rests. Although a little bit costly if you are three, its 890. If only good for two, 490 both for 3 hours. Nice tv and big mirror. Towels are provided. Shower with hot and cold choices. Hand soap present. No shampoo and used soap is there. Comfy bed for two and an extra divan for third companion.
Don’t book on this hotel through Agoda or any online booking site. They will tell you upon arrival that they have no access to online booking site that’s why the rates there are not updated. They will not honor the online booking and show you their “updated” rates which are pretty higher than what you have seen online. (Like seriously? It has been causing inconvenience and yet you have not worked on retrieving your access or removing your hotel in the online booking app?)
