Perfect Family Vacation
Our family stayed at Pintoresco for a week, and it was perfect! The kids loved the spacious backyard and the game room. The house was child-friendly and had plenty of space for everyone. The host provided a high chair and crib, which was a huge plus. We can't wait to come back next year!
We went here for a family day event. Great place to unwind - lots of greens and trees, but the random trees might be a little bit challenging for team building activities.
Location might be a little hard to find, but overall it was nice and quiet. Has ample parking space as well and nice staff. We haven't had a chance to book a room and explore the whole place, but will definitely come back!
We recently held our company teambuilding event at Pintoresco, and it was an exceptional experience. The accommodation was fantastic, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our team members. A special thanks to the Manager, Diana, who was amazing throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was also good, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended for any corporate events or gatherings!
Stayed here for a company outing, and the staff were sooooo accommodating. They ask from time to time if we're doing okay, if we're not happy with the food they have served, etc. They made sure we're comfortable enough. Although it was hard to look for the place, it was dark on the way (very remote) and the gate doesn't have a name, the whole resort was breathtaking. From the rooms, the amenities, and the nature itself. I just wish there were more rooms for the next time we decide to stay there.
I can see why this may be well reviewed as a location for either a corporate retreat, wedding or just a big party. But it certainly wasn’t a pleasant stay for us.
We were recommended to stay here as it is located very near to a restaurant we were having a dinner at, so as far as location wise it was suitable. But when we got there there were no signs, not even one, gate was closed and so missed it completely and even tough we had time to first ‘check in’ and get our bags squared away, we drove back to our restaurant instead and left out bags in the car. Opting to go look again after our meal.
We found the gate.. still zero signage or any clue if we were at the right place or not. Rang the bell, no answer. Eventually someone came to gate after non-stop ringing the bell for maybe 10 mins..
Was given directions up a poorly lit narrow dirty road to our rooms and although clean, rooms looks more like chalet or staff quarters more than a hotel or resort.
Zero toiletries except liquid soup and shampoo and conditioner. I used my shower area twice (before bed and after waking up next morning) and both times the floor flooded. Fortunately didn’t flood enough to spill over the raised edge.
Could not sleep properly at all because I just waking up to either the noise of insects outside (no, I’m not a light sleeper) or (I eventually found out the next morning) my fridge kept, every now and then, emitting a noise not dissimilar to a AHU unit.. and tk cap things off, each time I shifted my body position, the bed legs would groan/ grind against the hard floor tiles.
We down know, but roaming in the morning we discovered that breakfast was included, simple stir fried pork, a fried egg and garlic rice. Nothing fancy but was quite tasty and was cooked a la minute. Coffee included too.
To be fair, the pool and poolside dining areas were nice (if a little old) and agin can see this place as being pretty fun for corp retreats.. on the way out (in day light) we drink out we saw a soccer field and other areas in a vast compound.
I’m sorry but no where near being value for USD250 a night, when the Hyatt Regency City of Dreams in the city was going for less than USD150 at the same period.
If we could cancel without penalty we would have 100% just done the 2hr drive back to yeh city after our dinner.
