Its a nice Hotel and the staff is great. The bad thing is that the hotel can not choose their guests. Here are people very disrespectful. Its normally a nice place to relax. But here the guests put on very loud their own music and nobody from the staff is saying something. They play their loud music and nobody cares at all. This not educated behaviour by those guests is steeling our relaxion. The only thing what the hotel could help with would be to tale care that nobody is bothering with their own music to loud. Its a pity as the hotel is nice. But we are very annoyed by those guests.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Staff are courteous. Fitness center is clean; water and towels are provided as well. Nice beach and pool is heated. Room is squeaky clean and smells nice. Would love to come back again.

So from the time I entered. Till I got to my room was first class. Anytime I needed something it was great. Driving here I missed the entrance really easily cause the sign was so small. But we eventually found it. Food was good. When it came to the ice cream though they were out of alot of the stuff I wanted and had to settle on what they had available. Rooms was very clean and welcoming. Felt like home. There is only one gripe I had with my room. NO HOT WATER! Yes. No hot water. I called room services to come and fix it after we went swimming. He went under the sink and reset it. We got hot water for 5 minutes. Then it stopped working. I went under myself again and reset it. Fixed it again for 5 minutes. At that point I just gave up and took cold showers. Granted it was hot outside so at least the water wasn't ice cold. But still. Pay top dollar for a suite and expect at least enough hot water to take a decent shower

This was our second visit to this place. It was raining hard that time but we had a blast swimming at the sea by the beach. The water was warm and we were having a fun time. The game room was also nice with billiards, football and table hockey. The rooms as always were very clean and all everything you need was there. Will definitely come back.

Stayed September of 2016 for 2 nights. How we love their pool. We also stayed in a nice room/cabana near the pool. Food was only our problem though, we had to go out and look for another resto. Breakfast in the resort was good and staff were very considerate even my partner was a bit late - they still served him breakfast from the pulled-out buffet.
