4 weeks agoMy stay at the resort was disappointing. The room wasn’t very clean, and some of the facilities looked old and not well maintained. Service was slow, and the food was just average for the price.

5 months agothere staff tells lie and also stingy, our group ask there staff if we can use the slide but they told as it is broken then we message them about the slide and suddenly the slide pump works but we need to go out because it is almost 3pm. disappointing experience the big slide is one of the reaso why we consider going there.

10 months agoGreat beachside view and location, with a nice opportunity to experience the sand and the natural beauty of waves (especially in the morning). Compared to other beaches, there is no excessive number of boats or floating structures to obscure the beach. Not expensive either. The stay-in residences and the poolside are also satisfying. The big slide for their pool was fun and quite speedy. Small features like having bidets, decent drainage, grills, and some photo spots all add up to a good day. Would not mind revisiting at all, recommended.

8 months agoA fun atmosphere beach resort. Black sand beach and beautiful clear and warm sea water. Nice vibe to the place with friendly and welcoming staff. Just a shame there is so much discarded plastic pollution around that takes the edge off the beauty of the place - it wasn’t chronic, but seeing discarded plastic on beaches and in oceans always makes me feel a little sad. A daily beach clean would really transform the place and it surprises me more one takes the initiative to do it. Only stayed for an hour to check the beach - didn’t stay so can’t come t on the rooms.

6 months agoBased only on my personal experience: Horrible stay here due to loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate neighbors. 12-4 am sobrang lalakas ng mga hiyawan at tawanan. Hindi kame pinatulog, and we had kids and elderly. We contacted the front desk for us to help get the matter resolved, in the end we had to be the one to confront them. Management lapses, they failed to deliver their own rules and regulations. Duplex room looks rundown but manageable. Theres a rotting smell around the outside of the room we were staying at and flies all around.
