3 weeks agoRead the reviews (though some with pictures and doesn’t have people in it looks like a review from staff/management) I want to say that TikTok doesn’t show everything. We first went here in 2023 after a typhoon. The beach was dirty with debris and we couldn’t swim, but we understood the situation. The complimentary food back then was just okay, and the coffee (Kapeng Barako) was decent. This 2025 visit was worse. Food is now served buffet-style in their restaurant (staff will plate it for you), but the coffee is terrible. It’s kept in a thermos and the staff just refill it with water instead of making a new batch which is basically brown water. Same level of disappointment as the coffee from that café on the 4th floor. Do not buy their food, dessert, or coffee! A total waste of money. The beach is now accessible but still dirty, and it feels like management doesn’t care. The pool was the only enjoyable part. We originally booked a double room but were moved to a standard room because the AC in the double room wasn’t working. The standard room also had no WiFi reception and no TV channels, which was another letdown. Overall: very unsatisfactory. We won’t be returning.

2 months agoThe resort is generally recommended. The rooms are clean, the crew and staff are nice, the pool is also well maintained. The beach seems to have a lot of trash and I think the local govt can do better in the clean up.

a month agoInitially, we booked for a 2 queen size bedroom. The building where we stayed was the first one built in the resort and the room needed minor changes. The manager informed me that it will be next for renovation next year 2026. We later moved to the new building on the 3rd day of our stay. We liked it very much. The 2 beds were double beds with big windows, high ceiling, and roomy bathroom. You will feel comfortable the moment you enter the room. It was a 180 degree change from our initial room. The services from the front desk can be better, but the housekeeping services were superb. The security guards were awesomely helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices are Ok and can be better. Adding continental breakfast can draw-in more foreign visitors. They have activities like jetskiing, island hoping with snorkling and fish feeding, kayaking, banana boat, & camping. The pool was Ok. It can be crowded during holidays and it was difficult to do lapses. Making it bigger can be an improvement in the future. Travel time from Metro Manila was less than 3 hours. Do not take the alternate route to Magallanes. There were landslides and broken roads that were not safe to drive through. Take the Tagaytay route instead.

a month agoWalked in to this resort but we felt like they dont want to accept ya. Bald security guard kept pointing us to a far parking space and we are just on a big bike/small bike. Walked in here after the resort confirmed to us that they are accepting walk ins. -0 star for service
