3 months agoUnpleasant stay. The hotel was practically empty, yet they placed me right in front of ongoing construction work. I couldn’t get a single peaceful morning of sleep or even take a nap in the afternoon because of the constant noise. Half of the property is under renovation. The spa is outrageously overpriced. Breakfast and meals take nearly an hour to be served. They advertise a beautiful hotel with a beach, but in reality, the hotel is ugly and the beach is down a cliff, very small and quite disappointing. Out of the two pools available, one was out of service. The bed sheets smelled damp, and the housekeeping staff didn’t even bother to take away a used coffee cup, yet they threw away all my shopping tickets—which I actually needed. The only positive aspect worth mentioning is the kindness of the staff and that the room was quite good.

3 months agoMithi Resort is undeniably beautiful: well-kept grounds, comfortable cottages, lovely saltwater pools, and a well-equipped fitness room that I enjoyed using. On the surface, it offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, the experience is dominated by rules and procedures rather than genuine hospitality. From strict security at the gate to staff monitoring around the pools, it often felt like we were being managed instead of welcomed. The use of golf carts, even though distances are easy to walk, added to this sense of unnecessary control. The problem lies with management placing too much emphasis on protocol and control, rather than creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. In the end, the facilities themselves are excellent, but what could have been a dream stay ended up feeling restrictive, leaving us with mixed feelings about the resort.

3 months agoIf you're here, please order the mango shake 🥭 best mango shake I've had in Bohol really Resort is absolutely beautiful and I love that their pools are salt water! 🌊 The restaurant in the resort is yummy! But, their breakfast buffet could use some work

3 weeks agoDo not go to this resort!! They have RATS running around even when theres a lot of people around, the staff dont have great customer service and very unorganized. The resort also has nothing going on, no music or entertainment for guests to enjoy their vacation. If you want to sleep, relax and enjoy the water, go to Panglao instead
