3 months agoWe stayed here for 3 nights and here’s our review. Pros: We really liked the vibe of the whole place, it was very quiet, great for relaxing. They have outdoor pool, stylish chairs if u wanna chill outside your room and also all the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Our room is also large enough for the 2 of us. Has netflix and free wifi. Cons: > Location: Very far from Sabang (where most of the great restaurants are, where sabang beach is located, and bus drop off), so we needed to ride trike (150 pesos) just to get there. > Room cleaning: they only clean the room every 2 days so we were expecting that on our 3rd day our room would be cleaned but nope, they did not clean our room. > Early check in fee: comparing to other hotels who allows early check in for free, kahanamoku charges 100 per hour for early check in so if you dont want to pay just check in at 2pm. > Blacks ants inside our room even though we did not bring any food inside. > Vegan food: If you are not a fan of veggies then their breakfast is not for you. > Stain on our comforter 🫠🤢

2 years agoI went here for a private yoga session with Teacher Camille last June 26 2023 and I really liked the place! Super beautiful and calming, it's perfect for those who want solace from the town's center. I came from the Baler central area and had to get a special tricycle to reach here but the trip was worth it. Teacher Camille was very good and kind, the stretches I had were very much needed after 2 days of hiking, surfing, and overall exploring parts of the Aurora Province. I recommend this place especially for yoga practitioners! Really liked their coconut cold brew that they put in a beer cup for to go since the large cups were all out. I will most definitely be looking out for this place in the future when I go back to Baler!

2 years agoThis has more than 50 high star ratings for a reason. The owners are great people. For sure if you stay here, you have the best place in Baller. A wonderful pool, yoga, and you are right by the beach. I would say most of all you are staying with a family that has a lot of respect for their guess and you always feel safe here. I ended up staying an extra night because of the quality service. They treated me like family. If I am ever in the Philippines and I have time for a long trip, I will definitely come back because of the people. Also, the staff is super welcoming and nice, they make great pancakes, and probably the best dragon fruit smoothie you’ve ever had in your life.

a year agoBest place in Baler, specially if you like peace and quiet. Am not a vegetarian but their vegetarian breakfast was good. Few minutes drive to town. Bring your bikes and ride to many interesting places too. Staff and owner were very attentive. Parking is available too. The beach is across the road, just have to walk to find a nice spot.

2 years agoOur go to resort in Baler for peace and quiet. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The owners and staff are very friendly and will always be there should you need anything. Take note that the restaurant only serves vegetarian options and will close at 8pm. You may opt to dine in at the port tavern which is a 100 meter walk towards the fish port. Never check out without trying their smoothie!
