We joined the resort’s promo and paid the required ₱5,000 reservation fee, only to be told afterward that we also needed to pay an additional ₱5,000 security deposit upfront. Normally, a security deposit is collected during check-in, but they insisted that because of the promo, we had to send it right away. This important detail was never disclosed before payment. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic—getting you to pay first, then surprising you with hidden requirements. Very disappointing and misleading. Potential guests should be cautious.
Hello, Be careful of scammers, There's another account pretending to be this resort, the one in the website in about is the real one. There's no other account besides that, please help me report the other account to prevent future scam. (The name of the account is the same, except the followers count is different) P.S: Just got scammed by the other account
❌ who would enjoy eating if there are flies flying around while you eat? 🪰
slow response in viber, fb messenger, and email. they cannot be reached via phone call.
parking first come first serve.
not all rooms have views. family room has glass walls facing hallways covered with korean blinds. Privacy at risk as someone can easily peep through.
there’s hot shower in the bathroom.
salt water in the pool which is great! tiles around the pool are very slippery though.
no wifi and data inside the room. not okay for those with online job
We arrived at Isola Vista Beach Resort last August 2 at 7 PM and asked where we could eat. The staff told us the only nearby option was Playa Montaña, the neighboring resort. One of the Isola staff even called ahead to let Playa Montaña know that guests were coming to dine.
A few minutes later, someone from Playa Montaña came to guide us there. The staff didn’t say anything on the way. As soon as we reached the reception—before we could even step inside—we were told they were no longer accepting restaurant guests because they were full.
If you couldn’t accommodate us, you should’ve said so right away. There was no need to send someone to escort us only to turn us away at the entrance. That kind of treatment felt dismissive and unprofessional.
