Lipa Bed & Breakfast

No toiletries, no shampoo, no conditioner, the towel was not dried well, no slippers and the blanket was not good. Have plenty of mosquitoes. Dont go in this place its worst place.

Stayed here for a quick rest. 1350 for 12hours. Not bad. But the room has no soap, shampoo or slippers. Just towels and no cable or netflix. The location is accessible and the service is almost non existent hahaha.

Not accommodating staff, No toiletries, no wifi, Not recommended

We booked a room for 2 pax, when we got to the place, they were insisting that the price we paid is only for 1 pax when it’s clear on the system that we booked for 2 pax. They were telling us to cancel our booking when we are already on the premise, also it’s clearly stated on the app that it is non-refundable (they also said an option, which is for us to pay more). It was so stressful since it is the first time that we experienced something like this, we obviously booked online for assurance that we have a place to stay in, yet we need to argue with the staff with something that’s not our fault. They let us in after an argument over the phone with the other staff. PLUS, when we got there, there’s NO electricity, it only came back at 1155pm. No towels provided, no toiletries, and musty smell of bedsheets. Not recommended at all

No toiletries, Wifi is not working, Not so accomodating staff (actually no one in the front desk--we are the one looking for the staff and even keep on ringing the bell on the table to call their attention) Even the Manager can't help as she is out of the office. NOT WORTH THE PRICE..
