We booked a family room expecting a comfortable stay, but it was a big letdown. The bathroom was extremely unclean, with a cockroach on the toilet bowl and greasy floors. Even the water from the faucet had sand particles coming out, very unhygienic. The bed sheets were untidy, making the room feel poorly prepared. When we approached the receptionist to ask about other room options, they were unpleasant and dismissive, as if we were being unreasonable for simply asking. The canteen also failed to open early for breakfast, despite their rules stating otherwise a big inconvenience for guests with early schedules. After seeing all of this, I didn’t hesitate to find another place to stay. Really not happy! this hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and basic guest care.

The rooms are somewhat dirty, the bed sheets feel damp and uncomfortable. Overall, it is not worth it. You can hear moaning from other rooms.

What's wrong: 1. Hotel lobby and restaurant is not responsive to calls. 2. I slipped on the corridor because the floor is wet. No freaking sign/warning for this. Hotel staff took action as I reported. 3. Not maintained surroundings and very unclean. The bathroom in my room is nasty AF. Also, dusty cabinets and drawers will make you uncomfortable.

Very nice, spacious and cozy. Good for small or big events and of course special occassions like wedding ceremony, wedding reception, birthday blownouts, debut, anniversary, thanks giving and a lot more. Staff are well trained and polished. Parking is ample and place is secured👍👍👍👍👍

Only giving 1 star for being open late otherwise it would be negative stars if possible. We checked into a room and had to immediately be moved due to cockroaches, very dirty rooms but the A/C works. The toilet was clogged and the shower is dreadful.
