Sv hotspring resort

Comms is not clear from agent to care taker. Every movements entails expense without giving consideration. We've been late due to unexpected traffic even though we rent resort yearly (and this is 1st time ever) plus the agent care less about how the guest can go to the resort. all of the entrance are either closed or rough roads and have not compensated atleast extra 1hour because of the inconvinience. it is the first time that i have to pay in full up front before we get in instead of paying before we leave and has to pay different amount for pet agreement, yes there is a contract to read but relying on agents words (which i did not realize he was an agent) supposed to be good enough.. Good are: -view was good -plenty rooms -great space -nice to have space in kitchen, dining area and entertainment area Not good are: -hidden charges like electricity 300 per appliance like rice cooker or speaker since theirs is not good to use.. -comfort rooms are old and dirty -location too far, closed and rough roads. -slippery area -agents doesn't have after sales and care for the guests -beds are old -will demand you to leave before time out.. therefor i do not recommend this resort.
