How much does Sofaree charge hosts?
Sofaree’s simple charging makes it simple to set your pisting prices.
Service fees help Sofaree support hosts and cover the cost of things like payment processing, marketing, and customer service.
They’re a percentage of your overnight price plus any fees you’ve added. Service fees are deducted from your price to calculate your payout.
Sofaree’s 15% flat service fee is deducted from your price to calculate your payout. This means you set the price guests see and pay. For example, if you set your price at Php 10,000, you earn Php 8,500.
