staff not accommodating. rejects requests of client even borrowing just 2 monobloc chairs. we are open to paying rent for the 2 monobloc if needed. on the last night, we were not allowed to have access on the swimming pool. we were not informed ahead on this policy. our family was planning to go on a swim but was rejected also

Good place to do your events. I had booked an event here, years ago for my little girl's baptismal reception. Went here for the nth time to celebrate her classmates birthday, Place is easy to style and setup just need a lot more cooling fans if your event happens to fall on summer. But its free use of swimming pool/inclusion is nice way to break the heat. If only you want to swim. Anyway its still nice experience there.

The place was good! Has provided a good sound system and the venue itself was perfect for parties. The activity area was huge and is located near the pool, the comfort room was kept clean though a bit small. Overall, it was a great place to accomodate any of your party needs.

Extremely slow in responding to email and no reply to FB message. You need to adjust for their preferred communication channel making it impossible for those inquiring outside Philippines so I lost interest and will do my event to another venue with better customer service

Excellent service, convenient location, very close to the town proper and SM,rooms are perfect for family or couples the party Hall is perfect for bday parties, weddings or "just because we want to be together" party 🤣
