a getaway located within the BNPP Beach Area in Morong, Bataan . It is known for its secluded location, affordable rates, and an unspoiled beach with fine, off-white sand. The name "Westnuk" comes from its location west of the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant. Resort overview Atmosphere : Considered a "best kept secret" by some, the resort offers a peaceful and quiet environment, away from the usual crowds. It’s suitable for families, friends, and companies seeking a relaxing trip. Beach : The beach is in a U-shaped cove with clear, blue-green water. It features fine sand and a small freshwater stream, making it suitable for children. Accommodations : Historically, the resort offered basic, dorm-type rooms, with more comfortable rooms added later. For more specific, up-to-date information on room types and rates, it's best to check with them directly. Facilities and Amenities : The resort provides facilities for basketball, beach volleyball, and karaoke. You can also rent cabanas, cottages, and huts, and there are areas for setting up tents. Dining : Guests are allowed to bring and cook their own food, as there is no restaurant on the premises. Grilling areas are available. Accessibility : While the resort is only a couple of hours' drive from Manila, a downside for some travelers is that it's more easily reached with a private vehicle. Parking is available on-site. 7 years agoLoved this place. I went here last summer and it was amazing. When I went to the beach, there were no huge waves in sight. There were less people than what would you expect at a beach and there are tons of rocks by the seashore. However, they don't have WiFi here.
