From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth 🧡 free airport transfers both ways, a refreshing drink, and even allow us for early check-in and late check-out no fee! Every staff member went above and beyond to make our first honeymoon trip truly unforgettable. Our room was cozy and romantic, and the pool view was absolutely breathtaking — we honestly wished we could extend our stay. The location was perfect too, close to town yet peaceful and private, with a view that felt like paradise. Thank you to all the amazing staff for your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care. You made our first trip as husband and wife extra special — we’ll forever treasure this memory and can’t wait to come back. 🌅

This has to be the best resort in all of El Nido. We had the best stay here and it made our trip so much more memorable. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating - the best people we have met throughout our trip! The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. We loved swimming in the pool it was massive and very clean. The 2 for one cocktails were delicious. The rooms were very clean too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Okay. To start things off. All the staff were friendly but the first issue that we encountered was the broken or problematic door upon entering our room, which was Courtyard Room 9. We had to push really hard with all our weight, every time, in order for it to be opened. Next, random brownouts or sudden loss of electricity, so that means no air conditioning, tv or wifi. There is no issue with NO SIGNAL in our location since most areas of El Nido doesn’t have much signal but it’s more difficult to deal with things if there’s no electricity for the wifi. Next, there are times that there is no water supply. Which is stressful every time there is no water we have to walk to the front desk when it will go back because the next issue is, there is no landline phone in the room to call the front desk so every time we need something or we need to ask something. We have to walk all the way to the front desk just for it. After our first night stay there we asked if we could move to a room that is easier to enter. They gladly transferred us to another room, Courtyard Room 8, which is easier to enter without the heavy pushing. But the issues are still there on the 2nd day with all the brownouts and no water supply, added to that the shower drain in our room is clogged but the maintenance team was able to fix it immediately. Food was okay, there’s not much variety but it’s adequate. I am just happy that they were able to give us a free shuttle service to and from the airport when we check in and check out. Other than that. It was a sad stay.

While we loved El Nido and actually recommend this area we were so disappointed with this hotel. We arrived to the airport and waited over an hour for our scheduled ride never to arrive so we ordered something separately (thankfully easy to do). Upon arrival they had lots of rules and a contract to sign, okay we thought, maybe this is customary (turns out it wasn’t, no where else we stayed the rest of our two week trip did this). The rules included no outside food and drink, again fine but they had a horrible bar and no good food so you had to go out but couldn’t bring anything back. The sheets were clean… the rest of the room was not very clean. The AC wasn’t working properly at first, could’ve been user error though as by the second night it worked fine. The only upside was the front desk staff was very helpful with booking tours for the boat and an inland tour of amazing beaches. Another rule upon leaving they go check your room before you can check out to make sure you didn’t stain anything… this was just odd… especially considering the lack luster cleanliness of the room to start. It was a relatively cheap stay but so was everywhere else we stayed on our trip with much better accommodations.

The stay was lovely as breakfast was offered every day as part of our stay. Its a nice place, a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The pool waa always quiet as it felt like your own pool. Till our next vacation.
